The Salesforce Community Cloud Specialist is responsible for business analysis, application development, and support for Community Cloud solutions. The Community Cloud Consultant will work closely with the Salesforce Technical Architect and Salesforce Developer to leverage features and functions of the Salesforce.com platform to implement Community Cloud solutions for our clients.

The individual may use a variety of computer programming languages and applications to develop software requested, and although most of the time the individual would work in teams with other professionals, often collaboratively with customers, and sometimes the individual will work alone.
The typical projects and tasks include but are not limited to: Web based applications – either consumer or business centric, in an ‘n-tier’ architecture. These applications would be used to display data, add/edit or delete data, generate reports, trigger complex business workflows (with notifications, etc.) and the like. Other types of applications that perform other business functions vital to the operations of the company could also be added in the future.
The Salesforce Consultant is responsible business analysis, application development, and support for cloud-based solutions. The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with the Salesforce Technical Architect, Senior Salesforce Consultants, and Salesforce Developers to leverage features and functions of the Salesforce.com platform to implement Sales and Service Cloud solutions for our clients.
The Salesforce Senior Consultant leads Salesforce implementation engagements with our clients and works closely with Solutions Architects to design systems that meet business requirements. Senior Consultants are focused on the bigger picture and ensure that project teams are making the right decisions for our customers. Senior Consultants are also expected to help grow and develop less experienced members of the practice.
The Technical Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project within the constraints of the defined Statement of Work. In addition, the Project Manager will work closely with the Salesforce.com Architect to leverage features and functions of the Salesforce.com platform. The PM owns the overall success of the assigned projects and is accountable to ensure that the business outcomes of the project are realized and sustainable. The Project Manager must display leadership through coaching and mentoring to all project team members, as well as fostering growth and development opportunities on the projects under their direction.
The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for capturing requirements, documentation, testing and facilitating application creation, enhancement and maintenance activities for client business applications with a special focus on creating operational process flows for use within Salesforce.com. The BA is also responsible for ensuring that the final deliverable of a project meets all of the intended needs of the business. The BA will become a subject matter expert (SME) for the application(s) supported and drive a deep knowledge and understanding of the operational and business areas under analysis.
The Salesforce.com focused Technical Architect provides analysis, development and support for applications on the Force.com platform based on industry Best Practices. They will be involved in all phases of the life cycle of Salesforce.com initiatives including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, and problem resolution. The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to meet and exceed client expectation. The Architect will make technology easily understandable for end users and showcase the potential power and value of an Xede solution in a customer centric, supportive and comprehensive fashion.
The Digital Experience Management (DXM) Architect is responsible for designing and architecting effective customer facing digital solutions and leading transformative digital experience projects for our clients. They serve as an authoritative advisor that provides prescriptive guidance on Marketing, Technology and Customer Experience for our clients.
Quality Analyst Leads at Xede are responsible for ensuring that all of our implementations meet our high standard of excellence so that our customers receive the best possible solutions. The Quality Analyst Lead works with other team members to thoroughly test each of our implementations and report any bugs that might appear. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and have a strong knowledge of documenting defects and tracking issue resolution.
