Xede offers medical insurance – including prescription coverage – through Priority Health (PPO Plan) to all full-time employees. Employees may enroll in a single, two-person, or a family contract effective on the first of the month following their date of hire. Provider subject to change.

Emergency Travel Assistance
When traveling for business or for pleasure, whether in a foreign country or 100 miles from home, Xede employees and their families can count on getting help in the event of a medical emergency. Xede provides employees with around-the-clock assistance with the following services: Hospital admission guarantee -- Emergency medical evacuation -- Medically supervised return travel when medically authorized -- Transportation for a friend/relative if you expect to be hospitalized for more than seven days -- Prescription replacement assistance -- Medical consultation and assistance -- Medical referrals to Western-trained, English-speaking medical providers -- Care and transportation of unattended minor children
Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time
At Xede, we believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential to the development of effective and happy employees. In January 2022, the Company implemented a Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy which is intended to compensate employees for any reason they may not be at work. This includes sick days, personal days, vacation, and time-off under other Company policies. All full-time employees also receive seven paid holidays each year. The specific holidays are: New Year’s Day -- Memorial Day -- Independence Day -- Labor Day -- Thanksgiving -- Day after Thanksgiving -- Christmas Day.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Xede provides eligible employees with a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan that is an excellent means of building long-term retirement savings.
